Frequently asked questions

How much does a trek in Nepal cost?

With us, from USD 499 per person for Poon Hill, USD 725 for Annapurna Base Camp and USD 1,399 for Everest Base Camp on the Budget tier, for 2 to 4 trekkers. Standard and Luxury cost more and include more.

What is the difference between Budget, Standard and Luxury?

Budget is shared rooms with meals paid by you and no porter. Standard adds private rooms, all meals and one porter for two trekkers. Luxury adds deluxe rooms, your own porter and extras.

Are Kathmandu hotels included?

Not in trek packages. Tours include their listed hotels. We can book Kathmandu nights for you, or you can stay at our family homestay for USD 15 per person a night.

Can I trek on my own with a guide?

Yes. Solo travellers are welcome on every trek. A solo traveller pays the real cost of their own room and guide, so the solo price is higher than the price for two.
