A two-week Nepal plan

People write to me asking for the same thing: two weeks, a bit of culture, the jungle, a mountain walk and nothing rushed. This is that plan. Three days in Kathmandu and the old cities, two days in Chitwan National Park, then Pokhara and the four-day Poon Hill trek, with a lake day at the end. It is easy to moderate, so a first-time trekker can do it.

On the jungle days we use a jeep, a dugout canoe and a walk with a naturalist guide. We do not offer any activity with working animals. Read about our approach in our Chitwan Jungle Safari, 3 Days, and the trek in our 10-day tour and trek.

Every booking helps pay the teacher's salary at our Nagarjun Learning Center in Saldum.

Fixed departures are dates we have already committed to run. Your party still treks as its own private group with its own guide; we never merge bookings or add strangers, and solo trekkers are welcome on any date. Private departures on any other date you choose are also available. On both, the per-person price is set by the size of your own party.
