How to choose
The 7-day Nepal ride is the shortest and stays at lower altitude. Lower Mustang in 8 days takes you up the Kali Gandaki to Jomsom and Muktinath. Upper Mustang in 11 days goes into the restricted area to Lo Manthang, which needs a special permit (USD 50 per person per day) and a licensed guide with you at all times. Every trip comes in Budget, Standard or Luxury. Budget keeps the cost down, Standard adds private rooms, all meals and one porter for every two people, and Luxury gives you the best rooms, your own porter and all meals with extras.
The roads above Beni are rough and unsealed. As of 14 October 2026 the Beni to Jomsom road is repaired and open, and we check road conditions 48 hours before every departure. Your insurance must cover motorbike riding and helicopter rescue at the altitude you reach.
