For a safer travel experience, please read our terms and conditions carefully before reserving your trip with us! These terms and conditions will take effect on the day you reserve your trip.
General Booking Conditions
For any treks, tours, and activities in Nepal: When scheduling a trip, you will need to provide a 10% deposit of the total fee as well as a photocopy of your passport. Once you submit the down payment, the 10% deposit is non-refundable and will be charged as a trip cancellation fee if you decide to cancel at any time after booking. You can pay the remainder of the fees upon your arrival in Kathmandu. You can start your trip only once full payment has been made.
Payment Mode
We accept payment via wire transfer, credit card, or Wise. Online Payment is Active via Himalayan Bank / Wise. Credit card payment is quick, easy, and safe.

Last-Minute Booking
If you weren’t able to make a prior booking, we offer a last-minute trip booking option. Connect with The Everest Holiday Pvt. Ltd. to book a trip to Nepal up to three days before the departure date. However, last-minute bookings may not be possible for Bhutan or Tibet trips.
Trip Postponement
The traveler must provide written notification to The Everest Holiday Pvt. Ltd. stating the reason for the postponement.
Free Trip Postponement
If political instability or a global pandemic prevents you from traveling on the scheduled dates after the trip has been confirmed, you can reschedule for a later date that is suitable for you in terms of both safety and convenience. You are free to select any dates that work best for your trip. We provide complimentary trip postponement for our clients.
Cancellation Procedures
Please be advised that the 10% deposit paid at the time of booking will be regarded as a trip cancellation fee if you decide to cancel your trip after it has been scheduled. This policy becomes operative as soon as you provide confirmation of your reservation. The 10% down payment is non-refundable.
Additionally, if you have paid more than 10% of the trip deposit, the initial 10% will be subtracted from the total, and the remaining balance will be reimbursed to you using the original mode of payment.
Risks and Liabilities
Every tour in Nepal is run according to the policies and guidelines set by the nation's tourism bureau. We disclaim all liability for any modifications or cancellations resulting from unavoidable events, such as changes to laws and regulations, governmental restrictions, natural disasters, unstable political environments, flight cancellations or delays, illness, accidents, vehicle breakdowns, etc. Customers are responsible for any additional expenses incurred due to these occurrences. Therefore, purchasing travel insurance is strongly advised.
Incomplete Tour
If a tour, trek, or expedition is canceled by the customer for any reason, we are not liable for any reimbursements.
Unavoidable Circumstances
In the event of unforeseen circumstances, we will schedule another trip for you. We will set up an alternative tour if your booked trip is canceled, so your money is not wasted.
Travel Insurance
All of our clients must have a comprehensive travel insurance policy to participate in our activities. This must cover medical costs, personal injuries, emergency evacuations, trip cancellations, gear loss, natural disasters, baggage theft or damage, and personal effects.
Flight Cancellation/Delay
In remote locations, especially the Everest, Annapurna, Dolpo, Simikot, and Jumla regions, flight delays and cancellations often occur during inclement weather. It is therefore advised to plan for a few extra days and have extra cash for lodging and food. The Everest Holiday Pvt. Ltd. team will help arrange food and accommodation for delays, but will not be liable for any consequential costs.
In the Event of Unlawful Activities/Crime During the Tour
The Everest Holiday Pvt. Ltd. disclaims all liability for reimbursements if you violate any laws or commit a crime while on your tour and are forced to depart Nepal.
CAUTION
The aforementioned terms and conditions apply if you make travel arrangements directly with The Everest Holiday Pvt. Ltd. If you book through a third-party agent, you will be bound by their terms and conditions as well as those of The Everest Holiday.
