Short answer: our 21-day Manaslu and Nar Phu Valley trek costs from USD 1,310 per person on Budget for 2 to 4 people. Standard is USD 3,070 and Luxury USD 5,310. This trek joins two restricted valleys. You walk the Manaslu Circuit over Larkya La (5,160 m), then turn up from Koto into Nar Phu, cross Kang La (5,306 m) and finish at Pisang on the Annapurna side. It is long and hard. It is also one of the quietest big treks in Nepal.

If you want Manaslu on its own, see our 12-day Manaslu Circuit. For Nar Phu alone, read the Nar Phu Valley guide.
