Group and club treks in Nepal
Bring your own group and the mountain is yours. A club, your family, a group of friends, a university society, your workplace, or a cause you are raising money for — any trek or tour we run can go as a private group on your own dates.
I am Shreejan, and my family has guided in these mountains for three generations. When you bring a group, you deal with me directly, and you get a few things that matter.
Private or group, the same price
We never put strangers in your group. Whether it is the two of you or twenty, the price per person is the same as any private trip — you are not paying extra to keep it to your own people.
The more of you, the less each pays
Our per-person price steps down as the group grows, from a couple up through mid-sized groups to a full party of twenty. You will see the exact price for your group size on each trek page, in the "trekking as a group" table.
The organiser treks free
Get fourteen or more paying trekkers together and whoever organised the group joins the trek free. The one thing the organiser still pays is their own flights and permits, since those are fixed costs we pay out for every person and cannot absorb, and we cover the rest. This is for our Nepal treks and tours; our Tibet and Kailash trips are arranged differently and are not included.
Your departure is guaranteed
Your group sets the date, and it runs. We do not cancel on you for numbers, and we never merge you into someone else's trip. We are happy taking a solo traveller or a group of twenty, and everything in between.
What we handle for your group
Airport pick-ups, your hotels in Kathmandu, every permit, licensed guides and porters, all your lodges, meals on the trail, flights and road transport, and someone reachable in Kathmandu the whole time you are out there. You bring the people; we run the ground.
Popular treks for groups
Most groups start with one of these. Everest Base Camp is the classic, twelve days to the foot of the highest mountain on earth. Annapurna Base Camp is shorter and lower, a gentler first Himalaya for a group of mixed fitness. The Manaslu Circuit is the wilder, quieter choice for a group that has trekked before. And Upper Mustang is the one for a group drawn to the old Buddhist kingdom behind the Himalaya. Every one of them shows its group pricing on its own page.

If your group is raising money, we can build the trek around that, honestly and with no hidden costs to your charity. Every booking with us already helps fund our Nagarjun Learning Center, which we run in the village of Saldum, so your group is helping children here simply by choosing us.
