Description: Homestay, food, cooking and Culture living


To know the real values of your host countries we organize home stay program to give them the homely atmosphere and feeling of togetherness living in a family. Our aim is to provide excellent quality home service with a purpose of a feeling of attachment. Though our guests can afford high luxuries hotels but the real Nepalese essence is found only at homes. As it is rightly said ‘home is where the heart is’ so it is our endeavor to offer you the feeling of home away from home.


Services Offered:

  1. Description of Meal: Nepalese
  2. Grab the moment to live with Nepalese host family.
  3. Volunteers have moment to live with Nepalese host families and culture where we create environment for learning to make Nepalese cuisine, along demonstration class would be held time to time.

 

Training Procedure: Training procedure is given after demonstration classes to handle the cooking tools and materials.


Safety Procedure: All necessary safety measures are applied during the training session.


The final version of Programme: They would be offered to prepare dishes with the selected groups on their choice.


Volunteer Requirements:      


 Age: above 14 years

                              

  Days: 3-5 days volunteering


Conditions:

  • Under the volunteering premises like communities’ volunteers should be bound to rules and regulations during the volunteering period.
  • We can consider personal things of volunteers and can have a query about it unless the programme has proceeded.

Itinerary Overview

DAY 1: pick up at the airport by our representative.

DAY 2: school visit and introduction class on first day with teacher and children's

DAY 3: officially starting class at 10 am to 4 pm and lunch break at 1 pm and return to homestay .

DAYS: you can add volunteering days as your interest .

Cost Included

  • Transportation to programme venue and programme activities for first day only
  • cost included one-week volunteering and homestay volunteer can extend their days with extra more days cost.

Accomodation

Volunteers will be provided facility to stay at Nepalese Home Stay enjoying quality time with host families. You will be served all farm products. So, food is organic on present scenario where local markets and restaurants also sell foods grown using chemical fertilizers. Organic food is cooked emphasizing on hygiene in terms of water and cooking method. Volunteers also get facilities of hot water, western toilets, electricity, television and free WIFI.
