Adventurous trek instigates driving from Kathmandu and entering a rocky alpine terrain trekking via pine, silver oak and rhododendron forests for a breathtaking glimpse of three of the world’s 8000 peaks and to perceive spiritual lifestyle of dedicated Buddhists monks.

Sensational experience of trekking via Lauribinayak la at elevation of 3290 meters with alluring sight of gushing waterfalls, deep gorges, enigmatic ravines with dramatic views of Himal Chuli(7893m), Manaslu range(8163m), Ganesh Himal(7406m), Langtang Lirung to access holy place Gosainkund at altitude of 4360 meters for eye appealing scenery of dozen holy lakes like Saraswati Kund, Bhairavkund, Gosainkund with inestimable religious and historical value makes trek mesmerizing.

Itinerary Overview

Arrival at Kathmandu

You will be warmly welcomed by our representative at Tribhuwan International Airport and transferred to the hotel by private vehicle.


Day 01:Kathmandu to Dhunche

The journey to Gosainkund moves ahead on eight hours drive from Kathmandu to Dhunche through the hilly winding road with the majestic glimpse of rivers, forest and many more.

Day 02: Dhunche to Sing Gompa

The Gosainkunda trek starts from Dhunche following a stepwise uphill trail along with silver oak, pine and rhododendron forests with the spectacular view of Langtang Himalayan ranges to reach Sing Gompa\Chandanbari; the place that holds famous monastery, for an overnight stay. Chandanbari has a cheese factory.


 

 Day 03:Sing Gompa to Gosainkund via Lauribinayak la

We move from Sing Gompa on five hours’ trek gradually climbing uphill up to Lauribinayak la with seducing vision of Ganesh Himal, Manaslu then treks steeply upward from Lauribinayak la to access Gosainkund; sacred lake generated by Lord Shiva piercing glacier with his trident at the elevation of 4360 meters from sea level.


 

Day 04: Gosainkund to Ghopte

You pass through the zigzag route of rural area to ascend Laurebina la, the highest point of the trek at an elevation of 4610 meters with seducing snow spilling views of Manaslu, Ganesh Himal as well Langtang Lirung while trekking from Gosainkund to Ghopte. Then you descend steeply for rich Natural vegetation area Ghopte.


 

 

Day 05: Ghopte to Kutumsang through Tharepati pass

We continue our trek via Tharepati pass to reach Kutumsang, at first ascending the trail moving through lush oak, bamboo forests until we reach Tharepati, then head on the trail that gradually descends along green forest leading to the village Kutumsang.


 

 

Day 06:Kutumsang to Chisapani passing Gul Bhanjyang

The trail slopes down via the dense green forest of oak, pine passing the village of Gul Bhanjyang, Chipling until we reach Chisapani; famous for alluring sunrise view.


 

Day 07:Chisapani to Sundarijal and return drive to Kathmandu

We leave Chisapani heading along the trail that runs through green meadows and cultivated fields to reach Sundarijal. Then we return to Kathmandu from Sundarijal on a public vehicle.


 

 

Day 08:Return Flight

 We drive you to the airport on the basis of your scheduled flight.

 No meals are included on the cost but our staff and guide will help you get access to the best restaurants and hotels in Kathmandu and also help you get access to good organic and healthy meals during your trek. Our sister Agency Everest Trekkers Fuel is also the sole provider of freeze-dry trekking and climbing meals and can be provided to you with small Additional Cost.

Accomodation

You would recommend you accommodated at Nagarjun homestay with facilities of hot water, western toilets, electricity, television, free WIFI during Kathmandu stay. And recommend you to stay at teahouses with facilities granted by teahouses during a trek. But the cost does not include any accommodation. Our guide and staff will help you to get access to the best accommodation at the budget value.
