Kaligandaki Gorge

The world deepest gorge named as Kali gandaki gorge or Andha Galchi demarcates two world top ten mountain range Dhaulagiri and Annapurna furnishing eye catching natural treasures.

World deepest gorge being 6967 meters deeper than Annapurna first is also part of renowned trekking route Annapurna circuit that hosts thousands of wanderers and visitors each and every year as an emblem of natural heaven. Whereas indigenous local people glorify this beautiful place as sacred place.

The upper part of gorge is named as Thak Khola after inhabitants Thakali people whereas this gorge is also renowned for Shaligram fossils which could be found on bank of Kali Gandaki river and taken as idol of Lord Bishnu.
